Perguntas frequentes

I already use GA4, spreadsheets, and my agency's dashboard. Why do I need Axoly?

GA4 and spreadsheets show what already happened. Axoly identifies which of the three levers is holding back the month (sessions, conversion rate, or average ticket), breaks down data by channel, product, and region, and turns recommendations into tasks with assignees and deadlines. You move from the report straight to the decision.

Is this just another pretty dashboard or does it actually change decisions?

The main screen shows the monthly pace: how much you've achieved, how much is left, and if you'll hit the goal at the current rate. It also highlights the period's bottleneck metric and suggested actions that turn into tasks in one click. If you don't know what to do tomorrow within 15 minutes, the dashboard has failed.

I already have an agency or internal team. Does Axoly replace or conflict with them?

It doesn't replace execution. It gives the owner the visibility that currently depends on monthly meetings and gives the team a single place to plan, prioritize, and record deliverables. Agencies operate the account within the system, and you track it in real-time without asking for reports.

At what revenue point does Axoly start to be worth it?

From operations with recurring revenue and constant media spend, typically above six figures per month. At this stage, one week of misallocated budget or an unnoticed conversion bottleneck costs more than the monthly fee. Below that, spreadsheets still work.

How much of my team's time will it take to set up and maintain?

Setup takes less than 30 minutes: create the account, register the e-commerce, and install the pixel via GTM or checkout tag. Maintenance is part of the team's normal routine because planning, CRM, and tasks now live in one place instead of four tools.

My traffic is run by third parties. Do I need to provide access to accounts and sensitive data?

Connections to Meta Ads and GA4 are made through official SDKs, with read-only permission and revocation at any time. Tokens are encrypted, and access is isolated by company and user role. Your agency keeps its access; you just start seeing the results.

What if my data is messy or the pixel measures differently than the checkout?

The Axoly Pixel is cross-domain, so it tracks the journey from the store to the checkout, preventing the attribution loss typical of separate platforms. Where GA4 is connected, the system cross-references both sources and shows the discrepancy instead of hiding it. You decide based on audited data, not averages.

My platform is Shopify, Nuvemshop, VTEX, or a custom store. Does it work?

Yes. Shopify and Nuvemshop have native OAuth integration. On other platforms, including custom stores and VTEX, the Axoly Pixel runs via GTM or checkout tag, without relying on platform apps.

Will the AI give me generic internet advice or look at my business?

It reads your data: period funnel, top-selling products, revenue-driving channels, registered personas, action history, and monthly goals. Recommendations cite the numbers behind them, so you can check the reasoning before accepting. No blog-style advice here.

Is my sales and customer data used to train models?

No. Data is isolated by company in the database, with role-based access control, and is never shared between accounts or used to train models. The operation follows LGPD, with token encryption and access logs.

How do I measure ROI in 30, 60, and 90 days?

In 30 days, you have a funnel baseline, the monthly goal, and the first correction tasks running. In 60 days, you can compare pace and conversion against the previous period. In 90 days, you measure the cumulative effect of CRO, media, and retention actions using the same calculation criteria as month one.

If I cancel, do I lose my history?

There is no lock-in, and you can cancel anytime. Before that, you can export plans, reports, and funnel data. Nothing is irreversibly deleted at the moment of cancellation, so a future return restores your history.
